The best I've ever tried!

In my summer apartment in Alicante they have another similar product that works by Bluetooth, but it works very badly, besides it only works when you are near the door (when it does, because most of the times it fails). In my community in May they have installed HOMYHUB and it is spectacular, I can open from anywhere, it always works and I can tell if the door has opened. Also the proximity function is VERY useful, especially when I go out on my bike.

If I hire HOMYHUB for my community, should all neighbors use it?

It is not necessary. The current opening system will continue to work, so that each neighbour can choose which system to use. In any case, HOMYHUB is a such a welcoming and simple system that we are sure that the majority will decide to use it and avoid the old garage keys.

How much does HOMYHUB cost for Communities?

HOMYHUB has a fix rate cost the first year that depends on the size of the Community, and includes devices, installation, maintenance and access for all neighbors. After the first year each neighbor will pay approximately 12 euros anually for access through our app. Contact us for more information.

How can neighbors give a relative or friend access to their garage?

Very easily, using the HOMYHUB App you can add guests and set access periods. Permits can be revoked at any time immediately and automatically. Guests will only need their smartphone to enter the garage.
