Returns
You can return the Starter Kit within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, without any kind of damage (physical or otherwise). To request a return authorization, please send us an email at hola@homyhub.com.

Installing HOMYHUB is very simple. In just a few minutes, you can have it done yourself.
Where is the Starter Kit placed?
HOMYHUB CONNECT
It connects to the power outlet using the provided Micro USB adapter. It connects to the internet via WiFi, cable, or 2G/3G/4G (requires SIM and Internet Adapter).
HOMYHUB GARAGE
It operates with included AA batteries or can be connected to your power outlet with a 5V Micro USB adapter (similar to those used for mobile phones). Wireless connection (by copying your remote if it’s fixed code, 433 or 868 MHz) or wired connection (to the control unit, universal, regardless of brand or model) of your garage door mechanism.
No need for WiFi in the garage. Up to 50m
distance with HOMYHUB CONNECT.

The HOMYHUB Starter Kit can be installed without using any tools, you only need your Smartphone with the HOMYHUB App installed, and your garage remote control. In the case of a wired installation you may need the installation guide for your garaje motor.
A Virtual Remote is the equivalent of a physical garage control in the virtual world. The HOMYHUB Starter Kit comes with 5 Virtual Controls for life. If you need more Virtual Controls, you can purchase them on an annual subscription through the HOMYHUB App.
